When Hiring managers are creating roles via job reqs they have to choose a “Cost Centre”, these are assigned to hierarchy nodes on the manage tool.

The hiring managers are able to select any cost center in the business (this should not be the case they should only be able to select cost centres that are in their hierarchy or lower).
