A customer needs to download a large number of applications at once, they have a concern that email systems limits email size and that if an email address was typed incorrectly the information would be sent somewhere where it shouldn't be sent, causing a GDPR breach.

When a candidate has multiple applications, the most recent questionnaire responses for the candidate are pulled into the report. This is causing confusion as the data is not necessarily correct for each application.

A client want vacancies to be given 2 weeks rather than a month before they expire. If the manager wants to advertise them for longer, they should manually change them but most of the users are not checking the date and leave the role advertised for a full month, which is not acceptable practice for this client. The roles should be advertised for 2 weeks and re-advertised or extended if needed

Adding a feature (perm) that allows us to 'ringfence' each users job requisitions. The use case is that currently a HM can see a SU or a RM job requisitions, and we also foresee this being an issue for our clients that come on board. If we can have a perm that does this (on a user type level) then we can make it so that a HM, or any other user type can only see their job requisitions.

Customer wants to integrate Drivercheck as part of an onboarding/contracts implementation with Tribepad.

Add additional security measures for sensitive accounts EG super user accounts that have unlimited access to the ATS data such as CV search. Currently only username and password used and managed by users themselves.
